1 Introduction & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the sixs6 platform and all its services. "sixs6", "we", "us" refers to this website and its operating entity. "User", "you", "your" refers to any person registered on this platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 One Account Only

Each individual, household, or IP address is permitted to open only one account. If multiple accounts are created, sixs6 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any deposited funds.

2.3 Identity Verification

sixs6 may conduct identity verification at any time. This process may include a National ID, date of birth information, or mobile verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods

sixs6 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The maximum deposit amount depends on the specific method and is subject to change.

A note: Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All deposits are processed instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be made through the same payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal processing typically takes 10 to 45 minutes, though this time may increase in exceptional circumstances.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

sixs6 monitors suspicious financial activity. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the associated account will be suspended immediately and a necessary investigation will be conducted. The account balance may be temporarily withheld during this period.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit at sixs6, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, you must complete betting 20 times the bonus amount. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing the bonus funds.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The bonus may be subject to restrictions on use in certain games or betting categories.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being added to the account; otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses using multiple accounts may result in account cancellation.
• sixs6 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5 VIP & Loyalty Program

sixs6's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's activity and participation on the platform. sixs6 reserves the right to change the terms and rates of VIP benefits.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

sixs6 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Any attempt to cheat, use bots, or gain a technological advantage is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on sixs6:

• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Accessing or attempting to hack another user's account.
• Collusion.
• Abusing the bonus system.
• Making fraudulent payments or filing chargebacks.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, sixs6 will attempt to cancel the transaction and return the original stake. sixs6 is not obligated to pay any prize that was incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 sixs6's Rights

sixs6 may immediately suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or fraud.
• Legal order or regulatory directive.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for at least six months).

7.2 User Rights

You may close your account at any time of your own choosing. It is your responsibility to withdraw any valid balance before closing your account. An account closure request can be made by contacting the sixs6 support team by email.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

sixs6's total liability shall in no case exceed the total amount deposited by the user during the relevant period.
